Owner of 'Dawn on the Horizon, LLC' in Baltimore, MD, Dawn serves on a variety of boards including her 2nd term as President of NCCAP (2019-2022). Dawn is an Activity Consultant Certified (ACC) and Licensed NCCAP APC Instructor.
In addition to serving as an Activity Director, Corporate Program Development and Consultant, Admissions & Marketing, Director of Alzheimer's and
Geri-psych units, she also serves as a Regional Clinical Specialist. She is a pioneer and expert in long-term care and community specialized in regulatory compliance, resident rights and culture change. A National Speaker with topics for Health Care Workers, she is published in both print and video, having worked in collaboration with the University of Maryland Video Press.

Bryan is an Activity Director Certified (ADC) with a specialization in education and Licensed NCCAP APC Instructor.
He is a pioneer and expert in long-term care and community specialized in programming, resident rights and culture change. A National Speaker with topics for Health Care Workers, he has traveled the United States speaking as a keynote speaker.
